Several Change Agents Worldwide members were guest speakers at the Enterprise 2.0 Summit organized by Kongress Media in Paris on February 10-12, 2014. Labelled the “European Conference for Social Collaboration & Innovation,” the Summit addressed topics of particular interest for Change Agents Worldwide: social business transformation, future work organization, employee engagement… and more.
- Chee Chin Liew co-hosted a Masterclass together with Rachel Happe (The Community Roundtable) aiming at Defining internal engagement & Community Management. He also took part in a practice panel on Key Factors for Strategic Enablement.
- Jane McConnell exposed the Top Trends from the recently released report: “The Digital Workplace in the Connected Organization.”
- Celine Schillinger presented an experience of cultural change within a traditional industry, in a panel dedicated to Social as Enabler for Corporate Behavior Change.
- Finally, Peter Vander Auwera gave a passionate and inspirational keynote speech. You can watch it here.
On top of that, other Change Agents were interviewed: John Husband (see video) and Luis Suarez (see video).
Overall, a very busy week – and a great opportunity to shine the spotlight on ideas and practices supported by Change Agents Worldwide.
