Bio:Rob Caldera is a communications, change management, and collaboration consultant with nearly 25 years experience. Prior to starting Future|Shift Consulting he spent the majority of his career as a change agent within organizations, driving small and large scale changes on internal initiatives ranging from adoptions of new systems, processes, and policies to organizational restructurings and people-development efforts. He’s also worked on the marketing side of business to help build brand identities.
Rob is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, with expertise that includes employee communications and engagement, change management (individual projects or company-wide adoption of a change approach), organizational effectiveness strategy, enterprise social networking and collaboration, and digital strategy.
Rob holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology (Hoboken, NJ) and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Hofstra University (Hempstead, NY). He is a current board member and former president of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) NJ Chapter and a founding member of Change Agents Worldwide. Rob lives in Verona, NJ with his wife, two kids, and one crazy hound named Pinwheel.
