Catherine has helped clients in the technology, finance, and bio-tech industries as well as major non-governmental organizations (NGOs). These companies seek to drive new capabilities such as Agile or enterprise data science into their organization, or empower their global workforce to innovate and accelerate their work processes through more digital and collaborate ways of working. Through her work, Catherine builds digital workplace skills and capacities, accelerate organizational change and learning, and integrate social collaboration technologies effectively into work practice.

Catherine has held senior director positions in product management, marketing, and business development at leading technology companies developing new products and lines of business in the enterprise software market particularly for the financial services and telecommunications industries.
